Abstract
- Hereditary neutropenia is a rare and poorly known condition leading to severe infectious complications and other pathologies; specifically, it is sometimes associated with the development of tumours. Literature data on clinical manifestations and possible pathogenetic mechanisms of the disease are discussed. A case report of idiopathic neutropenia and concomitant T-cell lymphoma is presented.
