Abstract
- The Molecular Interactions Database (MINT) is a relational database designed to store information about protein interactions. Expert curators extract the relevant information from the scientific literature and deposit it in a computer readable form. Currently (April 2008), MINT contains information on almost 29,000 proteins and more than 100,000 interactions from more than 30 model organisms. This unit provides protocols for searching MINT over the Internet, using the MINT Viewer.<br /> (Copyright 2008 by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.)
