Abstract: Only five reports of multilevel spondylectomy for tumor have been reported in the literature, mostly in the thoracic spine. We report a successful two-level spondylectomy with en bloc dural resection in a patient with metastatic renal carcinoma to the L3 and L4 vertebrae.
