Abstract
- We describe the case of a 54-year-old male with recurrent chest pain, ST segment elevation, and bradycardia. Coronary vasospasm was confirmed by acetylcholine challenge. After failing medical therapy, stenting of an extensive segment of the right coronary artery has been clinically successful after 24-months follow-up.<br /> ((c) 2007 Wiley-Liss, Inc.)
