Abstract: We report the case of a patient who experienced anuric renal transplant failure for 44 days after living related kidney transplantation. Immunosuppressive and other therapies were carefully adapted to the findings of frequent renal transplant biopsies, which ultimately led to excellent graft function.<br /> (Copyright 2004 Elsevier Inc.)
