[Two methods of laparoscopic varicocelectomy for the treatment of spermatic varicocele].

Objective: To introduce two methods of laparoscopic varicocelectomy for the treatment of spermatic varicocele.
Methods: Forty-five cases of spermatic varicocele were treated by video laparoscopic technique with two or three punch.
Results: All the 45 operations were performed successfully, and no complications occurred during and after the operations.
Conclusions: Spermatic varicocele is one of the most suitable indications for video laparoscopic surgery. The two-punch technique is more advantageous than the three-punch.
