Abstract: It is well known that coeliac disease increases the risk of gastrointestinal lymphomas, whereas adenocarcinoma is a rare complication. The authors report a case of a poorly differentiated jejunal adenocarcinoma complicating coeliac disease in a 40-year-old female and discuss the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects.
