Abstract: The authors describe a 36-year-old man with Sturge-Weber syndrome who presented with focal seizures and subsequently developed a temporary post-ictal hemianopia. Magnetic resonance imaging of the brain demonstrated focal leptomeningeal enhancement, which subsequently resolved.
