Abstract: Background: The first case of a patient with recurrent adenocarcinoma in an ileal conduit stoma 7 months after radical cystectomy is reported.<br />Results/discussion: The most likely explanation of this case is hematogenous metastasis based on the clinical diagnosis and the pathological immunostaining examination of cytokeratin.
