Abstract: Parietal endometriosis is a rare disease. Its diagnosis and treatment are often difficult. We report 3 cases of parietal endometriosis occurring in cesarean and appendectomy scars. Clinical symptoms are not specific and may lead to erroneous diagnosis. Diagnosis is usually made on the histological exam of the resected lesion. Treatment of choice is complete surgical excision.
