[Arteriovenous fistulas in hemodialytic treatment].

In view of the necessity for patients under periodical dialysis to preserve in operating condition the artero-venous fistulas performed on them, so that the application of the dialytic processes is extended as much as possible, particular technical suggestions are put forward, also taking into account the requirements of immediate dialysis for acute uremia and endeavouring to recover any artery and vein that may be used for external by-passes.
