Abstract
- The article focuses on Canada Supreme Court's decision in two cases such as Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada v. Bell Canada and Alberta (Education) v. Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency that addressed the fair dealing. Topics discussed include the development in Canada's copyright jurisprudential history, the concept of user rights and interpretation of the Canadian Copyright Act.
