Abstract
- The article discusses the origins of "Peace Review: A Journal of Social Justice" which is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2014. Topics include the launch of journal in 1989 by Stanford University researcher John Harris, the first members of the journal's editorial board including Patricia Chilton and Byron Bland, and the journal's role as a form to present scholarship without the usual constraints in academia. Also mentioned are the essays published for the journal's 25th anniversary.
