Abstract

The article reports on a study which compared workload management for infectious disease (ID) serological testing of two chemiluminescence immunochemistry systems, the Architect i2000SR by Abbott Diagnostics and the Liaison XL by Diasorin. Researchers loaded all secondary reagents and disposables and performed setup operations in order to put both systems in their best condition. They tested in parallel the panels that represent the most commonly requested patterns for screening and diagnosis.
