The first data on local U-Pb isotope dating of zircons from hypersthene plagiogneisses of the Dzhugdhur block, southeastern Aldan Shield.

The article discusses a study conducted on Zircons to determine their age through Uranium - Lead dating from an Hypersthene Plagio gneisses mineral which are found in earth's crust. The study was conducted on the Aldan shield area, which indicates volcanogenic composition in them and also indicates that the region underwent granulitic metamorphism.
