Sport in der Antike.

The article presents a report from a June 26-28, 2014 conference in Graz, Austria on the ancient history of sports. Topics of presentations delivered included the social significance of sport and nudity in ancient Rome, the cults of personality and worship which surrounded ancient athletes, and portrayals of ancient Greek athletes in songs and literature.
