Abstract
- The article reports that the automation of records helped the Texas Municipal Power Agency improve its performance. Topics covered include the use of smartphones and tablets by plant staff members to access data as well as use of electronic data systems to store and integrate important records of the agency. Also mentioned are the problems faced by the agency with using paper records.
