Aproximación pragmalingüística a las unidades modales empleadas en la expresión de la disensión y la descalificación.

This paper deals with the detailed analysis of those units and combinations used in the current Spanish to manifest rejection, differentiating between those who express dissent and those who express a disqualification. To do this, we attend to the differences between the modal operators identified, highlighting its use restrictions and its(im)polite values. The empirical material used consists of three different types of interactions: colloquial conversations edited by the group Val.Es.Co and other communicative events marked by conflict, such as political debates and talk shows.
