Abstract
- The article profiles Maja S.K. Ratkje, a composer and collaborative improviser in jazz and contemporary music. Topics discussed include some of the bands and musicians she performed with, performing in a live concert at the FIMAV festival in Victoriaville, Quebec in May 2014, born and grew up in Trondheim and partnered with exploratory musician Tafjord to form SPUNK in 1993.
