Abstract: The article focuses on the efficacy of rolling circle amplification (RCA)-polymerase chain reaction (RCA-PCR) assay in detecting tomato leaf curl New Delhi virus (ToLCNDV) in mother stocks and nucleus seed stocks. It discusses an experiment that aimed to determine the sensitivity of RCA-PCR assay. It also mentions why many laboratories employ a RCA technique.
