Impromptu Investigations in Proof.

In this article, the author shares his experience of teaching calculus in the class so that students gets the insights of the problems easily. Topics discussed include optimization of the problems provide a medium to practice a variety of skills in a calculus class, algebraic manipulation for working with multiple variables and time to examine rules and formulas in the proof of the Pythagorean theorem.
