Reports that Micheal Martin, the Irish Education Minister has modified his plans to give students their marked Leaving Certificate scripts in September of 1998. Students only able to see the papers for select subjects; Minister obliged to make the change following complaints from the main secondary teachers' union about the level of consultation over the original decision; Practicals and orals marked on the basis on anonymity.
