Abstract

The article offers information on several drugs for the treatment of skin diseases. The Acanya lincosamide antibiotic from phamaceutical firm Coria Laboratories Ltd. is designed for the treatment of acne vulgaris. The adverse reactions of the Aldara immune response modifier for the treatment of actinic keratoses on face or scalp include erythema and flaking. Patients using the Dovonex cream for their psoriasis are advised to stop using the product if irritation or hypercalcemia occurs.
