Stewardship and Public Health.

The article discusses a report regarding public health and stewardship. The working group who developed the report proposed that public health interventions to achieve and maintain the health of populations should be considered in as a form of stewardship. The stewardship is applied in a way wherein public health relates to the growing problem of drug-resistant bacteria and the need for stewardship associated with the use of antibiotics.
