Teaching Fido New ModiFICation Tricks.

The article discusses the potential presented by the Fic family of proteins in catalyzing the spectrum of potent posttranslational modifications in bacterial pathogens, including how Fic proteins can be used to detect bacterial pathogens and the ability of such pathogen to endure stress like antibiotic exposure.
