Diffraction on Anisotropic Substrates with Sinusoidal Surface Microrelief.

Light polarization management by diffractive optical elements (DOE) can enhance light efficiency in LCD backlight systems. The OAGSM software developed earlier provides calculation of diffraction efficiency for optically anisotropic gratings with periodical sinusoidal surface microrelief.
