Abstract
- Light-induced metastable defects in hydrogenated amorphous silicon can be eliminated by atomic hydrogen at the temperature below which the annealing effect occurs. The resulting material has a very high photosensitivity and stability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
