We describe the case of Facso, a database of the minutes and other documents of the Board of the Faculty of Social Sciences, which illustrates the integration of Unesco's WinIsis database management system with Dropbox acting as a "virtual hard disk" on the cloud. Various routing options are shown, even incorporating the old Ms-dos .bat executable commands. This has been tested in a 64-bit version with Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 8 using Oracle's Virtual Box, and on 32-bit PC desktop, notebook, and netbook platforms. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
