Abstract
- The article discusses a report published in "Novaya Gazette" on how the current Russian State Duma, the people's elected representatives, have passed some questionable laws in a very short amount of time, calling the process "berserk printer." Some examples of these laws include having no more mayoral elections, dual citizenship and profanity. Also mentioned is a law adopted by the Duma that will complicate things for bloggers.
