Abstract

The article presents a special report on how Time Warner Cable (TWC) improved customer experience at its service centers while also driving awareness of their new offerings. TWC's move to partner with digital agency Reality Interactive and retail design group FAME in 2013 in order to create new retail experience for its end-users is mentioned. To achieve its goal, TWC installed sharp PN-R903 digital display into a high-definition smartphone exhibit and interactive centerpiece for the store.
