Abstract

The article discusses the research on MiR-126 expression in natalizumab-treated relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) patients. It states that MiR-126 was down-regulated in cells of patients treated with natalizumab and up-regulated during relapse. It notes that MiR-126 expression correlated with POU2AF1 regulator. It mentions that the strong up-regulation of genes appeared to be treatment duration-dependent.
