Abstract

The laboratory network management plays a positive role for more efficient use of equipment resources. Current laboratory management system ignores the student' own characteristics, and the practice teaching effect is not as good as expected. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new method for development of laboratory management system based on S2SH architecture. The system uses Spring and Struts2 framework to achieve the presentation layer and business layer, and uses Spring and Hibernate framework for data persistence layer. The three parts are seamlessly integrated so that the system is convenient for representing structured development layer, and the amount code of data access layer is reduced. The system realizes the students personalized learning, teachers personalized guidance and the convenience of laboratory administrators work. At the same time, the users can be objective and impartial evaluation of laboratory management so that the teaching effect of practice course is improved. Due to the loosely clear coupling of S2SH with hierarchical structure, the system has strong ability of reconstruction and scalability, and is worth popularizing in university laboratories.
