Abstract
- The article presents a study on the winter site fidelity of six sparrow species in Maryland. Winter return records from Foreman's Branch Bird Observatory in Chestertown, Maryland of six wintering sparrow species including the Savannah Sparrow or Passerculus sandwichensis, Fox sparrow or Passerella iliaca iliaca, and the Swamp Sparrow or Melospiza georgiana are examined and discussed.
