Abstract

The article discusses the case of a man with a solitary painful mass on his chest diagnosed as eccrine spiradenoma. A description of the lesion and nodule, the patient's history, and the mass and epithelial cords found under histopathological examination are presented. The nine unique tumors to be considered when diagnosing painful skin tumors, the occurrence of spiradenomas in Brooke-Spiegler syndrome, and the treatment option are discussed.
