Abstract
- The article discusses the Modular Platform Approach for ultra-wide bandwidths (UWB) radar system design along with its verification challenges. Topics discussed include the technology used by radar systems ranging from ultra- wide bandwidths (UWB) to phased arrays, technologies used by radar scientists to improve the low probability of intercept (LPI) properties of radar, and ability of UWB radar technology to increase track resolution of radar systems.
