Abstract
- The article offers information on the objectivity of supportive principle of constitutionalism and democracy in the European Union as defined by the German sociologist Max Weber. Topics discussed include analysis of relationship between religion, politics and law, issue of secularization and principle of respect of national identity under the Treaty of Lisbon.
