Leiomyosarcoma at the Site of an Ileal Neobladder: A Heretofore Unreported Occurrence.

Reports a case of leiomyosarcoma from the intestinal side of an orthotopic ileal neobladder in a male patient two years after surgery for papillary urothelial carcinoma of the bladder. Cases of postoperative spindle cell nodules of genitourinary tract resembling sarcomas; Abnormal pattern of mucin secretion in ileal neobladder mucosa; Mucosal morphological changes in the ileal neobladder.
