SFO settles Tchenguiz battle for £4.5m.

The article reports that an out of court settlement of 1.5 million pounds has been finalized between Great Britain's Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and brothers Robert Tchenguiz and Vincent Tchenguiz who were arrested and detained in 2011 because of false investigation conducted by SFO.
