Abstract

The article reports that Turks & Caicos registered firm Sebastian Holdings Inc. has been ordered by the Great Britain's Court of Appeal to pay 250 million dollars to Deutsche Bank AG, otherwise the court would not consider Sebastian's appeal against the bank. Sebastian, represented by Travers Smith LLP, had not paid anything to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP client Deutsche, after losing an 8 billion pounds counterclaim against the bank in 2013.
