The article presents a report on a conference on the use of social media in archives public relations, held in Stuttgart, Germany, from April 3-4, 2014. Topics of discussion included the use of educational games relying on digitized archival materials in history education, the use of the Pinterest online social network in marketing the Europeana online archives portal, and crowdsourcing the processing and cataloging of archival collections.
