Research on Construction of MAAA Quantitative Evaluation System of University Experimental Technicians.

The experimental technicians take a great proportion in the university. But, there is no recognized rational criterion to assess the workload of laboratory technicians. In order to explore the reasonable experimental technical personnel evaluation methods, through the case analysis method and combining with the actual situation assessment of laboratory technicians in the Liaoning Normal University, the paper considers to establish the evaluation system by using MAAA, discusses the construction of the system of indicators principle and implementation process.
