- Describes how federal and state crackdowns on casinos in California could negatively affect the revenues being earned by some Indian tribes and the schools and colleges benefitting from those earnings. How the revenues from casinos on Indian reservations have lifted some tribes out of poverty; The use of Illegal video slot machines in these casinos; Negotiations between Indian tribes and Governor Pete Wilson specifying the legalities of gambling in California.
