- Presents the case study of a 78-year old woman with hippocampal sclerosis (HS) and dementia mimicking Alzheimer's disease (AD) and discusses the features that may help to differentiate dementia with underlying HS from AD. Effect of interrictal electroencephalogram on left temporal lobe; Observance of decline in cognition in the patient.
