Abstract
- The article discusses the medical case of a 67-year-old woman with intermittent pain the epigastrium for a month. The patient was diagnosed with hepatic neroendocrine carcinomas with primary adenocarcinoma of the gallbladder. It mentions other investigations that may differentiate the tumors, which include magnetic resonance imaging, somatostatin-receptor scintigraphy and positron emission tomography (PET)-computed tomography (CT).
