Abstract
- Studies the role of endothelial-borne platelet activating factor (PAF) and interleukin-8 in immobilizing rolling neutrophils. Rapidity of response of integrins to activating signals to ensure that rolling neutrophils are localized at inflammation sites; Adhesion of individual neutrophils in a flow-based in vitro model of endothelial hypoxia and reoxygenation.
