Studies trends in multiple pregnancies unexplained by changes in maternal age and parity patterns in Denmark from 1980 to 1994. Determination of national rates of multiple pregnancies, infant mortality and stillbirths controlled for maternal age and parity and with emphasis on primiparous women less than 30 years of age; Introduction of new treatments to enhance fertility.
