- The article focuses on the six leadership styles that are distinctly used by executives around the world. Topics discussed include authoritative leaders that focuses on vision, coaching leadership that identify strengths and weaknesses of employees, and affiliative leadership that ensure that employees have harmonious relationship. Also mentioned is emotional intelligence that affect what type of leadership styles to use.
