Abstract
- The article focuses on the shifting of this periodical's office. The periodical is leaving its offices on East 35th Street in New York. The periodical's office has been in the same place for most of its 41 years. Every magazine must know Washington intimately, and the periodical has three reporters there. A political magazine must have the check and balance of geographic distance. This is more than New York patriotism. The periodical has its own problems. The periodical's office is moving only three blocks away, though it seems like cross-country.
