7KBW and 39 Essex Street settle Lloyds PPI mis-selling battle.

The article reports that a payment protection insurance (PPI) mis-selling battle between Lloyds subsidiary Black Horse and a customer has been settled by 7KBW and 39 Essex Court on the day it was to appear in the Supreme Court. The case brought by Shelagh Conlon against Black Horse settled for an undisclosed sum on the court steps. Both the High Court and Court of Appeal (CoA) had ruled in favour of Black Horse in December 2013.
