Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 61-year-old woman who had fever with right shoulder pain and back pain. She underwent a computerized tomography (CT) scan on the chest that shows lung cancer wherein she had a nodule with speculations and pleural indentation in the right lower lobe. She was administered with F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (FDG-PET) that reveals a bone marrow with diffuse infiltration by leukaemic blast. The patients received dasatinib to treat leukaemia.
